  • Find the Items You Want
  • First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on every page of our store in the top right corner of the page.   • Add them to the Shopping Basket
  • If you want to order an item from Thomas Gunn Online Shop, select the quantity of the item you want using the "+" and "-" buttons, and then click the "Buy" button. Once you have added an item to your Basket, you will be shown the current contents of your basket. To continue shopping, simply click on one of the shop's menu categories, or use the search function. Continue shopping until your basket contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the basket at the top right of every page of our website.

  • Review Your Shopping Basket
  • Take a moment to review all of the items you have placed in your Basket. If you decide that you want to change the quantity of the items you have added to your Basket, simply adjust the quantity using the "+" and "-" buttons for the item, the quantity will then be adjusted accordingly. When you are ready to place an order for everything in your "Basket". Then select the country, to which you want the item to be delivered, next to "Please confirm your country as". Also you will need to select how you wish the item to be delivered. If your order is for less than £50 and weighs less than 2kg you will be able to select Royal Mail or DHL. If your order is for more than £50 or weighs more than 2kg then only DHL will be the available option. Once you have selected your delivery preference, click on the "Enter Card Holder Details" button.

  • Placing Your Order - Enter Card Holder Details
  • Firstly enter your correspondence email address, which will be used to confirm your order, and also will allow you to login, view and change your current order in the "My Account" section of the webpage. Then enter all of your delivery information (Name, address, postcode, country, telephone, fax, and other information). Also enter all of your card details (your name, address, postcode, country and telephone number). Then tick the box to confirm you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and click "Next".

  • If you have selected DHL to deliver your package, you can track its progress on the DHL website.

    Royal Mail deliveries cannot be tracked online.

  • UK Shipping Times

    • Royal Mail - UK deliveries will take up to 48 hours to arrive.
    • DHL - Next day delivery.

  • International Shipping

    • Royal Mail - Delivery time will depend on which country the product is being delivered to. We aim to deliver to European destinations within four working days and worldwide within six.
    • DHL - Delivery time will depend on which country the product is being delivered to. The maximum time should be no more than 7 working days.

  • How to Return an Item
  • If your product arrives damaged, or you are unsatisfied with it, please contact our web sales department who will tell you how to return your product.

  • Your Statutory Rights

    When your order arrives :

    • You have the right to return or cancel your order for any reason. But there are some exceptions.
    • If you do not like the goods or have changed your mind, you may cancel the order. This is usually within a seven-day 'cooling-off' period. (Please note that the rules for financial services (including consumer credit) may allow a different withdrawal period).

  • When to cancel

    You may cancel at any time until:

    • The end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive your goods; or
    • The end of the seventh working day after the day on which the trader agreed to go ahead with the service.
    • But please note that you might lose your right to cancel once the service has started.
    • You also have a further three months to cancel if you were not given all the necessary written information. If the trader gives you this information late - but still before the three months are up - you will have seven days to cancel from the day you receive that information.

  • How to cancel
  • To cancel your order, you must tell the seller in writing - by letter, fax or e-mail. If sending a letter, send the letter by registered post, so you can prove that you sent it and track its progress.

  • Refunds after cancelling

    • If you have already paid for the goods or services, the seller must refund your money within 30 days of you cancelling the agreement.
    • If you have paid for the goods by a credit agreement suggested or organised by the seller, the agreement will be automatically cancelled.

  • When you can't cancel

    • Please note that there are circumstances when you cannot cancel unless the trader has given you a specific contractual right to do so.

      2. You had the goods made to your specifications or personalised.
      3. The items are likely to go off or deteriorate quickly, such as flowers or fresh foods.
      4. The goods by their nature cannot be returned.
      5. You have opened sealed software, CDs, DVDs etc.
      6. They are newspapers, periodicals or magazines.
      7. You bought betting, gaming or lottery services.
      8. The price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market.
      9. Goods are clearly personalised.

  • Orders and payments are usually processed immediately; therefore it is impossible to change your order online after it has been processed.
