Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch goods from our warehouse within two working days. As well as using Royal Mail we use a Courier Service to deliver to the UK, Europe, USA and the Rest of the World.
Note; A Courier Service will usually require a signature on delivery so please bear that in mind when choosing your delivery address. Delivery charges are based on weight and are displayed in the shopping basket.

Availability of stock

Every product listed is either in stock or out of stock.
If items are unfortunately out of stock, instead of displaying the number of items in stock the text "(Available to order)" is displayed.
We will notify you if any of your items are out of stock and inform you of when those items will be shipped.
During busy periods of the year such as Christmas, you may experience longer delays receiving your ordered items. Please be assured that your ordered items will be dispatched as soon as they are available.
It is possible to order any of the products whether they are in stock or out of stock.

VAT & local taxes

There is no VAT payable on most books and charts. If the delivery address is in the UK or another member country of the European Union, VAT is payable on all other items such as electronics, equipment, software and videos.
The prices displayed on our pages are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Hidden Charges

Apart from the VAT (if applicable, see above) and delivery charges there are NO other charges added to your order.
However, if the delivery address of the goods is outside of the UK, it may be that import duties or other taxes are applied by national or regional authorities. You are responsible for any such charges and taxes.

Payment options

We accept payment from the following credit cards only:
Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Delta and Solo.
You will only have to enter your credit card details once you have finished your selection and entered courier details and your name and address.
Your credit card details are entered on a secure page.

Q. Are my credit card details safe?

Yes, your credit card information is encrypted and authorised by Sage Pay and ensures that the data cannot be viewed by others.
Note: The process of placing an order may take 30 to 60 seconds so please do not press your Browsers' Stop button, do not press the Escape key or refresh the page as this may result in a duplicate order and being charged twice.
